Gary Barboro

Gary Barboro is a veteran of the San Francisco commercial real estate market, specializing in sales and purchases of office, retail, and industrial properties. He has successfully closed transactions with an aggregate value over $500 million during his career and holds an H.D. in Estate Management from De Montfort University, England.

Gary began his commercial real estate career in the United Kingdom prior to arriving at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, where he was responsible for private capital investment sales. He later joined CB Richard Ellis and formed the San Francisco Private Client Group after a successful period as part of the Bay Area Investment Team representing institutional owners. As a member of the Private Client Group, Gary specialized in San Francisco and North Bay office, industrial, and retail sales to private investors, real estate operating companies, developers, and occupiers.

Gary joined Compass from Kidder Matthews as Senior Director of the brokerage’s Commercial division.
